Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training programme by institute / Company.
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on activities as per specifications
Liaise with government authorities / market partners and adhere to the commitments as per the MOU of respective project
Coordinate / Network with, government, funding agency & partner organizations for smooth functioning and prompt payments
Coordination and liasioning with assessment agency to ensure smooth conduct of assessments
People Management
Ensure delivery of project level targets from mobilization to handholding of candidates within stipulated time.
Hiring through local network for field team.
Inspiring, leading and managing teams effectively.
Compliance
Meeting requirements of internal and external stakeholders (NSDC)
Ensuring full compliance to laid down HR, Quality systems, Project and Company policies, monitoring and managing details on NSDC Portal.
Maintaining accounting standards in project and ensure 100% compliance in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have Experience in handling Skill Development Training Projects
Graduate/Post-Graduate with 4-5 years of work experience, out of which 2-3 years should be of field work experience.
Very good communication and networking skills.
Fluency in local language is must.
Desire and ability to connect with local workers and youth.
Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner
Leadership: The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
